• Overline does not prepare tax returns, provide legal documents, or offer any regulated financial or professional services.
• No output from the Service creates a professional relationship (attorney-client, CPA-client, advisor-client, or otherwise) between you and Overline.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information produced by the Service with a qualified professional before acting on it.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

Overline does not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, services, advice, or actions of any Partner. Any engagement with a Partner — including any advice received, agreements entered into, fees charged, or outcomes experienced — is solely between you and that Partner. Overline is not a party to, and bears no responsibility or liability for, any such engagement.

You acknowledge that a Partner may contact you directly following your use of the Service, and that such contact is a result of your request for information or connection through the platform.

9. Accuracy of Information and No Reliance

The Service relies on third-party data sources, public records, and AI models that may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Overline makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, estimate, or analysis provided through the Service.

You agree not to rely on any output from the Service as the sole basis for any financial, tax, legal, investment, or business decision. Overline expressly disclaims all responsibility for any action taken or not taken in reliance on information provided by the Service.

OVERLINE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE. ANY RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVERLINE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, TAX SAVINGS, INVESTMENT RETURNS, OR DATA, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OVERLINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OVERLINE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Overline and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) any decision made in reliance on information provided by the Service.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
